The media provided may only be used for the following purposes: a) Promotion of Homematic IP products by our sales partners b) Reporting on our products by press organisations (print, TV, Internet, etc.) c) Presentation of our products in connection with product tests and comparisons
All media protected by copyright. The user receives a simple, non-exclusive right of use. Unless otherwise specified in the individual licence terms, this right of use is unrestricted in terms of time and place. The user is authorised to resize the medium while retaining its proportions. Further processing requires the consent of eQ-3. There is no right to sub-licence.
Use of individual media, the copyright for which belongs to third parties, may be restricted in terms of the authorised duration, location of use and medium. Such restrictions can be found in the medium’s respective licence terms. They must be strictly observed by the user.
Use of the media in accordance with the terms of use is free of charge for the user.
If the right to use media lapses due to the licence expiring or for other reasons, the media must be deleted from Internet publications, etc. Any stocks of printed media, such as flyers, may be used up.
