Automatic hydraulic balancing
- Efficiency for your heating system
With the latest update, the free Homematic IP app now also supports operation via smartwatch. The app update has the version number 3.3.13 and is being rolled out gradually with immediate effect.
From now on, Homematic IP users are not only connected to their home via their smartphone or tablet, but also via the smartwatch on their wrist. Users can set up to ten functions as favorites, which they can then trigger with a quick tap. This makes opening and locking the door or controlling lights, lamps or other switching actuators and groups child's play. Push notifications also appear directly on the smartwatch so that users can keep an eye on their home at all times and from anywhere. The Homematic IP app supports both Apple Watch models (from version 10.0) and Android-based wearables (from version 3.0). Thanks to smartphone, smartwatch and tablet support, there are no limits to how easily users can operate their Homematic IP smart home.
The Homematic IP Smartwatch app for Wear OS and watchOS is now available. A Homematic IP smartphone app version 3.3.13 or higher is required to use it.
More features and improvements
The Homematic IP app update brings even more improvements. Among other things, individual radiator thermostats now also display the measured actual temperature in the app in addition to the set temperature. With measurement data acquisition, these temperatures can be graphically processed and evaluated. When interpreting the data, users should bear in mind that the temperature measured at the radiator may differ from the temperature in the middle of the room.
The update for the Homematic IP app with the version number 3.3.13 will be rolled out step by step via the respective app stores from 26th November 2024 and will be available to all users within a few days.
