Homematic IP Door Lock Drive - pro now available: More security and convenience for the front door

Burglary protection starts at the front door. That's why the new Homematic IP Door Lock Drive - pro is equipped with comprehensive sensor technology that provides all-round protection for the entrance. Position and vibration sensors immediately detect if someone is tampering with the door. In the event of anomalies, the system sends a push message to the smartphone and can also activate a connected Homematic IP Alarm Siren if required. The sabotage detection also reports any tampering with the device itself.

All opening or locking processes are logged in the free Homematic IP app. The Doorlock Drive even distinguishes between manual operation from the inside using a rotary knob or from the outside with a key. This allows users to ensure that no one gains access unnoticed with a duplicate key.

Practical software functions provide additional security. The entrance door can be locked automatically at set times, for example at night. If desired, it can even lock again automatically every time it is opened. Door status detection ensures that the door is properly closed before locking. This makes the question "Did I actually lock the door?" a thing of the past.

Convenient access control in everyday life

Homematic IP Door Lock Drive - pro not only protects, it also makes access to the home much more convenient. Users can conveniently operate their door via the Homematic IP app, Keypad, remote control or voice control. This allows the door to be opened, unlocked and locked flexibly from the sofa, on the move or directly outside the house.

A particularly practical feature: access authorizations can be individually managed and precisely timed. Users define exactly who can open the door on which day and at what time and can optionally set a start and expiration date for the authorizations. Cleaning staff, care services or vacation guests can only enter the house when they really want to. This creates flexibility without having to hand over spare keys.

Quiet, durable and easy to retrofit

The powerful motor of the Doorlock Drive operates almost silently in the optional whisper mode. With a battery life of 1.5 years at four trips per day, the Smart Lock is also particularly durable. For environmentally friendly operation, users can also use HR6 NiMH rechargeable batteries instead of batteries.

The smart door opener fits all standard Euro profile cylinders with emergency and danger functions. Separately available adapters* allow installation on knob cylinders without having to replace the locking cylinder. The flat design also enables use on doors that open outwards, for example in commercial buildings. For installation, the device is simply clamped onto the cylinder on the inside of the door, screwed on instead of an oval rosette or simply glued. It can be removed without leaving any residue and can therefore also be used in rental properties.

The Homematic IP Door Lock Drive - pro is now available in four design variants: white, anthracite, white-silver and anthracite-silver.
