Via the created six-digit support token, the technical support receives anonymised information about your system in order to be able to help you specifically with technical questions.

 
  • Open the Homematic IP app
  • In the app, open the menu via the "... More" button in the bottom right corner.
  • Select "Info and Help
  • Select "Support
  • Confirm with "Query
Please do not revoke the token until Support has contacted you, otherwise the transmitted token will lose its validity. You can exit the menu after the transmission and continue to use the app as usual.
