Monitoring for a secure home

Opening or closing of windows or doors is detected immediately and is displayed in the Homematic IP app.

In combination with a Homematic IP alarm siren (e.g. HmIP-ASIR-2) your home becomes even more secure. A loud alarm is automatically triggered when a window or door is opened.

The room temperature is automatically lowered during ventilation if you connect the window and door contact to Homematic IP radiator thermostats.

You can even define the lowering temperature individually. The comfort temperature is automatically restored as soon as you close the window.
