Specially developed for the requirements of housing and building management: the Homematic IP radiator thermostat - compact plus. With a battery life of approx. 7 years, the thermostat is particularly low-maintenance and tamper-proof thanks to the optional dismantling protection and the sealing of the battery compartment. With the three adjustable heating profiles and 13 possible changes per day, up to 33 % of heating costs* can also be saved.

Comfortable temperature at all times

The thermostat controls the room temperature individually.

You can do this easily via the app, directly on the unit using the buttons or conveniently via voice control (using Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant).

Safe and low maintenance

Ideal for offices, doctors' surgeries, businesses or children's rooms: The closed housing design does not allow any unwanted manual operation or manipulation and does not protrude into the room. The battery life of 3 years also makes the radiator thermostat particularly low-maintenance.

You can set heating profiles via the Homematic IP app, a wall thermostat or by voice control. The disassembly protection included in the scope of delivery provides additional security.

Safe and easy installation

Installation is quick and easy: no need to interfere with the heating system or drain water.

The scope of delivery includes a high-quality metal union nut for secure mounting on all common radiator valves with M30 thread.

Designed for the housing and building industry

The housing and building industry has different requirements than those used in private households. The radiator thermostat - compact plus is the first radiator thermostat developed specifically for these market segments.

With a battery life of approx. 7 years, an essential requirement in professional use is fulfilled.
In addition, a disassembly protection is available and securing the battery compartment with a seal or lead seal helps to achieve evidentiary security against misuse.
Other software features (such as operation lock with PIN) have been specially developed for professional use.

If you open a window, the radiator automatically lowers the temperature to save energy.
