Simply by keypad, Homematic IP app, key ring remote control or conveniently by voice control (Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant).
Access authorisations
Manage access to your home individually - for specific days of the week or times of day. To do this, you use configurable access authorisations of your door lock drive.
Your front door can only be opened if you allow it. For example, cleaning staff or care services can enter the house at certain times.
Multifunctional control
Full control, not only over your front door: Control the alarm, the light or the garage door with different codes. The connection with other devices makes it possible.
Activate or deactivate the alarm modes with a numerical code on the keypad, for example to activate "full protection" when leaving the house. When entering or leaving the house, the hallway light can also be switched on or off.
Fail-safe
You can control your door lock drive with the keypad or key ring remote control even in the event of an Internet failure. This is made possible by direct radio communication between the devices.
Access codes, access authorisations and time profiles are stored in the devices so that even an Internet failure does not restrict the function of the devices.

Access with just one click
The smart duo of door lock actuator and keypad is perfectly complemented by the Homematic IP key ring remote control - access. It makes coming home even more convenient: A quick click on the handy device and your front door opens. You can also switch the lighting in the entrance area on and off using the separate light button.

The products from the access area can be combined with more than 170 smart home products from the Homematic IP range. Open your front door with a wall switch or switch on the light when you enter your home; but only if it is already dark outside. There are no limits to the possibilities.
A secure feeling at all times.
"Did I lock the front door?" Thanks to time-dependent locking and unlocking, this question becomes superfluous. At a desired time, the front door is automatically locked (e.g. at 9:00 pm). This not only increases the security in the Smart Home, but also saves the unnecessary trip to the front door.
If you want to be on the safe side, you can have the front door automatically locked again after each unlocking. Timing and delay times can be set individually via the app.
Create extensive routines with the help of Alexa.
With the new Homematic IP door lock actuator, you can also control things via Alexa. Simply because the door lock drive can trigger a routine when locking or opening. The following routines are available, depending on your devices at home and your wishes:
You leave your house:
When you lock the smart door lock and leave the house, you can use Alexa-controlled routines to turn off all lights, stop any music playing on Alexa devices and have the thermostats set to 19°C.
Everything in view at all times
With surveillance cameras from EZVIZ, you always have an eye on your own four walls. The intelligent cameras can be integrated directly in the Homematic IP app. A Homematic IP motion sensor reports activity even though no one should be home? In a flash, the EZVIZ app is opened with a tap of the finger in the Homematic IP app and the image is transmitted. It's already clear whether the neighbour's cat is just dropping by or whether someone is actually up to something worse.
Building secure - and so is your data
When setting up and operating the Homematic IP Smart Home, no personal data is requested, other than the IP address. This means that they do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your identity and your individual usage behaviour. All communication between the access point, cloud and app is encrypted. Even during the installation of the system, Homematic IP communication is secure and cannot be manipulated.
Similar to online banking, we also use the universally recognised AES-128 and CCM procedures. The high security standard for radio and IT is also confirmed by VDE and AV-TEST.
