The motorised valve drive regulates your heating system very efficiently. Precise temperatures can be attained in conjunction with the underfloor heating actuator (HmIP-FALMOT-C12) and a wall thermostat (HmIP-WTH-2)

Control the room climate conveniently through the stepless and energy-efficient control of heating valves with the valve drive.

The flow rate of the heating water is regulated almost steplessly - simply by adjusting the valve position. This ensures more efficient utilisation of the boiler, more precise temperature control and electricity cost savings compared to conventional valve drives.

Universal use

The valve drive is suitable for the leading manufacturers' most common valves.

Suitable for thread size M30 x 1.5 millimetre, e.g. Heimeier, MNG, Junkers, Honeywell-Braukmann, Oventrop, Comap and Schlösser. Optional valve adapters also allow the use of valve sizes from other manufacturers.

Continuous, steady control of the underfloor heating enables you to combine it with the motorised underfloor heating actuator (HmIP-FALMOT-C12) and wall thermostat (HmIP-WTH-2).

Flexible control possibilities

Simply use the valve drive in conjunction with an underfloor heating actuator for yourself in stand-alone operation or as part of your smart home.

Stand-alone operation requires an underfloor heating actuator – 12 channels, motorised (HmIP-FALMOT-C12) and a wall thermostat (HmIP-WTH-2). However, you do not need an access point and an app for the configuration. You set everything directly on the wall thermostat.
Integrated into your smart home system, besides the underfloor heating actuator and the valve drive you also need the Homematic IP access point: Operation and adjustment are simple via the free app. You can expand your smart home entirely to suit your needs.
