Always the right temperature under your feet – and saving energy at the same time.

You get home on a cold and stormy day and all you want is cosy warm floors and a hot chocolate on the sofa. With the Homematic IP wired underfloor heating controller and a wired wall thermostat, you can control and regulate your floor heating individually. To do this you can set up to six heating profiles, which allows you to set three heating profiles and also three cooling profiles.

Comfort temperature at any time

Control the room temperature according to your needs - at home and when you're out and about.

You can do this easily via the app, in conjunction with the dial on a wall thermostat or conveniently via voice control (using Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant).

The easy way to save heating costs

You can easily set the individual temperature curves in the Homematic IP app.

To ensure that the heating is only on when you want it on, there are up to six adjustable heating profiles (three for heating and three for cooling) and 13 possible changes per day.

The Homematic IP wired system

The wired system guarantees a reliable power supply to the switch as well as secure communication between the devices through the Homematic IP wired bus.

Flexible control possibilities

Simply use the underfloor heating actuator in stand-alone operation or as part of your smart home. You can control up to 10 heating zones with one actuator.

A wall thermostat (HmIPW-WTH) is required for stand-alone operation. However, the actuator does not need an access point or an app. You set everything directly on the wall thermostat.
As part of a smart home system, in addition to the actuator and a wall thermostat you also need the Homematic IP access point: Adjustment and operation are simple via the free app. You can expand your smart home very flexibly in many areas to suit your needs.

Heating or cooling? You decide

If you would like to cool your floor as well as warm it, supplement the motorised underfloor heating actuator with a Multi IO Box.

The Multi IO Box controls a heating boiler or heat pump with which you can also use the underfloor heating for cooling.

Cleverly combined

You can combine Homematic IP wired and wireless devices with each other.

In addition to the central Homematic IP wired access point (HmIPW-DRAP) you also require the central Homematic IP access point (HmIP-HAP) for this. More information about advanced routing can be found here.
