A home at a pleasant temperature and floors that have a particularly cosy, warm feel give us a sense of security. With Homematic IP you can enjoy dreamlike warmth under your feet and even save money in the process. The motorised floor heating controller regulates your room temperature steplessly and so with great energy efficiency. Homematic IP automates the hydraulic balancing. The FALMOT-C12 floor heating controller automatically and permanently recalculates the optimum flow behaviour of the heating water, and directly based on the target temperature.

Comfort temperature at any time

Control the room temperature according to your needs - at home and when you're out and about.

You can do this easily via the app, directly on the device using the dial steps, or conveniently via
voice control (using Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant).

The easy way to save on heating costs

Set the individual temperature curves easily in the Homematic IP app.

To ensure that the heating is only on when you want it on, there are up to six adjustable heating profiles (three for heating and three for cooling) and 13 possible changes per day.

Heating or cooling? You choose

If you'd like to cool your floor as well as warm it, simply add a Multi IO Box to the motorised underfloor heating actuator.

The Multi IO Box controls a heating boiler or heat pump with which you can also use the underfloor heating for cooling.

Flexible control possibilities

Simply use the underfloor heating actuator by itself in stand-alone mode or as part of your smart home. You can use the actuator to control up to 12 heating zones.

A wall thermostat (HmIP-WTH-2) is required for stand-alone operation. However, the actuator does not need an access point or an app. You make the settings directly on the wall thermostat.
As part of a smart home system, in addition to the actuator you also need the Homematic IP access point: Operation and settings are simple via the free app. You can expand your smart home flexibly in many areas according to your wishes.

With automatic hydraulic balancing

Manual hydraulic balancing isn't required. The Fraunhofer-IEE confirms: "At least equivalent to conventional hydraulic balancing.“

Hydraulic balancing

Water takes the path of least resistance, resulting in different flow rates. The further away the radiators or heating circuits are from the heating system, the colder the room remains.
