The air is often too damp in rooms where there is a washing machine, dryer or laundry racks. This increases the risk of mould forming. The Homematic IP temperature and humidity sensor lets you always keep an eye on humidity levels. In conjunction with radiator thermostats or underfloor heating actuators, you control the room temperature. If the humidity is too high, you will receive a ventilation recommendation in the app. That lets you minimise mould the smart way.

Control the room temperature according to your needs - even when you're out and about.

You can do this easily via the app, in conjunction with one or more Homeatic IP radiator thermostats and underfloor heating actuators.

Integration into existing switch series with Size 55 frames of the most popular manufacturers

Adhesive or screw mounting in the supplied interchangeable frame with the supplied mounting material
Mounting on a free flush-mounted box with the mounting plate optimised for this purpose
Integration into the Homematic IP desk stand (HmIP-DS55) for a longer battery life
As an alternative to battery operation, the wall thermostat can also be supplied with 230 V via the Homematic IP power supply unit for brand switches (HmIP-BPS) .

Retrofitting made easy

You can freely place the wall thermostat in the room to measure the room temperature from the right location.

Installation is very simple: without wiring, through battery operation and radio communication. You can also use the sensor in conjunction with Homematic IP radiator thermostats, underfloor heating actuators and switch actuators for electric radiators.
